Yoga Therapy: Therapeutic yoga poses improve your posture, ease pressure, relieve tightness and makes you more supple and open. Good for arthritis, back, shoulder and neck pain. Anyone with injuries or stress. Starting with guided meditation, moving into poses (ASANA) using props, breath and body awareness. The class continues to focus on release the body with the breath, ending with Savasana (Deep Relaxation).
Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa yoga practice set to music. The flow consists of Ashtanga and Hatha element. Emphasis is on deep breathing, core strength, and structural alignment, leaving you feeling calm and energized. Intermediate level classes.
Gentle Hatha Flow: Exploring the physical and emotional body from the inside out, flowing through a sequence of classical postures. Hatha flow focuses on breath, alignment and technique. Beginning with guided mediation, breath techniques (PRANAYAMA) moving through the poses with breath and awareness. Creative, healing and relaxing. Ending with Savasana. All yoga levels are welcome.
Restorative: Unwind from your daily stresses with this gentle and rejuvenating class. Restoratives focus on active and conscious relaxation with the use of props to help you surrender into a place of deep relaxation, calming the mind and nervous system.

What does EXHALE offer you other studio don’t; morning lunch and evening classes. Classes on the weekend, opportunity to try different teachers and styles of yoga to best suit your wellness needs.
