Yoga Therapy: Therapeutic yoga poses improve your posture, ease pressure, relieve tightness and makes you more supple and open.  Good for arthritis, back, shoulder and neck pain as well as anyone with injuries or stress.  Starting with guided meditation, moving into poses (ASANA) using props, breath and body awareness.  The class continues to focus on releasing the body with the breath, ending with Savasana (Deep Relaxation).
