Gentle Hatha Flow: Exploring the physical and emotional body from the inside out, flowing through a sequence of classical postures. Hatha flow focuses on breath, alignment and technique. Beginning with guided mediation, breath techniques (PRANAYAMA) moving through the poses with breath and awareness. Creative, healing and relaxing. Ending with Savasana. All yoga levels are welcome.
