Follow these simple guidelines:
Be on time for class (arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in), the door is locked 5 min after class starts. Please do not knock if you are late!

If you are pregnant or have serious health concerns (such as high blood pressure, recent surgery, or joint injury) be sure to inform your teacher BEFORE class.

Please turn off cell phones or better yet, leave them in your car.

Please avoid wearing perfumes and colognes.

Please leave your bags in the lobby, please do not leave any jewelry or eyeglasses on the floor.

Don’t overdress, a t-shirt, tank top,shorts or pants are recommended.

Don’t eat before class (minimum 1 hour) if possible (you will feel your lunch in the twists…) Maybe a light snack

We encourage meeting the person next to you, it improves the vibe in the room.

Check your competitive side at the door – there is nothing to “get” here this is not an athletic competition; or beauty contest. There are no prizes for best pose. 😉

Show up for class and your pass card WILL be marked off for that class.


Pass Cards/Membership Terms

Pass cards are non-refundable.

Passes can only be extended due to injury or illness.

A Travel Hold can be placed on any punch card/membership.

6 months to use up your punch card recommended.
